FOUND IN HIM

FOUND IN HIM

When I alight at Heaven's gate

I shall not fear to stand and wait

No ward will look me up and down

With ruffled brow, a sigh and frown

I'll not sneak in neath neat disguise

Be voted on with count of Ayes

I need not seek a special boon

Nor hope for some auspicious moon

No indulgence pay or rosary pray

No works weigh for a passing grade

No passkey show nor secret code

No waiver gain for favours owed

By none of these can I enter in

But only if I’m found in Him.
